The CBC Food Drive is on now. I have a couple of items regarding this:
1) Last year, they mentioned that there were Pampered Chef ladies at the station volunteering. Anyone ever participate in this is? Are you planning on doing so again? If so, can you contact me as I would love to join you. I support this drive every year. :angel:
2) I challenge each PC Consulant in the Calgary and Surrounding Area to make a food or cash donation to the CBC Food Bank. Yes, we do our part with the RUFTH, however, we can always do more. If your team or cluster is planning a Xmas Gathering, perhaps include Food Bank donations to go to this drive.

This year, CBC and Petro-Canada are joining forces again to raise food and money for Calgary Inter-Faith Food Bank. Our goal is $700,000. Please help us achieve this by making a donation to our campaign, which runs throughout December.
$3.5 million. That’s how much our CBC/Petro-Canada Food Bank Campaign has raised during the past 20 years for the Calgary Inter-Faith Food Bank.
All of the money contributed by individuals, corporations, businesses and local groups, is used to assist thousands of Calgarians in crisis.
In 2006, your contribution helped more than 109,000 people. Of those, 45,000 were children. Your support also helped the Food Bank distribute enough food (3 million pounds) to create over 9 million meals.
