I have never done the newsletter thing before. But I relaly want to start. I think it would be the best and easiest way to keep in contact with everyone and give them updates. But I do not know where to start!!? Do you send it via-email? I signed up for constant contacts 60-day trial period. But not sure if I can afford it after it's up. What does everyone else do for their newsletter? Do you have a separate pc email address that you send it through and just keep all of your pc contacts in there?
I need help please.

I do have a separate PC email address which helps so much! I use the newsletter from Custom Newsletter Designs For Consultants and love it as well as getting good feedback from it from my contacts. Mike is also VERY helpful if you have questions. It's $18 a year and I cannot afford to do my own newsletter for that price. In a self-serving note...if you sign up I'd love to get the referral from you... :)

What is the importance of newsletters in email marketing for direct sales?

Newsletters are crucial in email marketing for direct sales as they help build relationships with customers, keep them informed about new products, promotions, and events, and encourage repeat purchases. They also provide an opportunity to share valuable content that can engage your audience and establish your brand as a trusted resource.

How often should I send out newsletters?

The frequency of sending newsletters can vary, but a good rule of thumb is to send them at least once a month. This keeps your brand top-of-mind without overwhelming your subscribers. You can also consider sending additional newsletters for special promotions or events, but be mindful not to spam your audience.

What content should I include in my newsletters?

Your newsletters should include a mix of promotional content, such as product highlights and special offers, as well as informative content like tips, recipes, or how-to guides related to your products. Including customer testimonials and success stories can also enhance engagement and build trust with your audience.

How can I grow my email list for newsletters?

To grow your email list, consider offering incentives such as discounts, exclusive content, or free resources in exchange for email sign-ups. Promote your newsletter on social media, your website, and during in-person events. Additionally, encourage existing customers to refer friends and family to join your mailing list.

What tools can I use to create and send newsletters?

There are several user-friendly email marketing tools available, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and Sendinblue, which allow you to create visually appealing newsletters, manage your email list, and track performance metrics. Many of these platforms offer templates and automation features that can simplify the process for beginners.
