To check the emails you have sent through your PWS, log into your consultant account and navigate to the 'Email' section. Here, you will find a history of all the emails sent, including the recipients and the dates sent.
Unfortunately, the PWS does not provide tracking for email opens or clicks. You can only view the list of emails sent and their recipients, but not whether they were opened.
Yes, you can easily resend an email. Simply navigate to the 'Email' section, find the email you want to resend, and use the 'Resend' option to send it again to the same or a different recipient.
If you notice an error in a sent email, you cannot edit the original email. However, you can send a follow-up email to correct the mistake or provide additional information to your recipients.
