I have a question about how to submit a show that didn't qualify. Do I enter it into P3 as a show or as individual orders? I have never had a show that didn't meet the $150 requirment before!

If the show didn't earn enough to be considered a show then it's not a show. You'll have to enter them as individual orders which will incur more shipping so you might want to contact them about submitting as combined orders. For example the shipping charges from two orders should cover direct shipping as one order. Or you could gather an order or two yourself and add them to it to make it a show and take the host benefits for yourself.

Thanks! I will see if I can get another order or two to add to it.

I"d have them all placed on one order and sent to the 'host'...to cut back on shipping...I'd throw in a Rub or something as a thank you gift to the host...
She'll try harder someother time and appreciate the gift.

I often get a few orders ...straggling in here and there, and add it to someone show like that to help...especially if the host doesn't live too far away.

I planned to just do it on one order to the host and hand write receipts. The show has been open for a month. ( I usually don't leave them open this long, but she kept promising more orders.) She booked another show for the end of October so hopefully it will qualify. :)
