Okay--I read in an earlier thread about Grilled Italian Pizza. It's supposedly on pg, 13 of the Casual Cooking Cookbook. I don't have the book, but would love to make this at our next cluster mtg. (We got into a conversation about making pizza on the grill at our last mtg. & I had shared that I had never done it, but had read about it on here. Can someone post the recipe? Thanks in advance.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Can't wait to try it!

Use a Boboli and you will have a strong base.

I am thinking that you can also make your own "boboli's" ....grill a few crusts at a time, and then throw them in the freezer for a later day!

When I get a chance, I am going to try making a grilled aloha pizza, using a pillsbury refridgerated dough. Tip: coat both sides of the dough with oil (hmm, garlic infused maybe!!) ...let the bottom cook until the top is just about bubbling....then flip over, and add your toppings to the cooked side! IT doesn't take long at all to grill a pizza :)

For the Grilled Italian Pizza, you will need pizza dough, olive oil, your choice of pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and a variety of toppings such as pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, and fresh basil. You can customize the toppings based on your preferences.

How do I prepare the pizza dough for grilling?
