I can't Go!!!

I am so upset. I really wanted to be there this year. But I am starting a new job on February 26th and I won't have the time to take. :( I am really upset about this.

Even though you won't have the time, maybe once you've been there a bit, if your bosses seem flexible, tell them what you would like to do, and ask them if there's any way you could make it work... you might be surprised. :)

But I'm sorry. I know how much starting a new job puts life on hold like that.

Well my mom decided to schedule our annual vacation for the last week in June. Its just too close together. I already mentioned the family vacation to them. That isn't anything I want to miss either. We have been going to this house for over 25 years and now we bring our kids.
I don't know if I should rock the boat since I haven't even started the job yet.:(

Of course we are moving to Jacksonville as my DH is a Marine!
We have to decide very quickly if we want to buy a house or just move into base housing.

I had a real scare at work (I teach Pre-K mornings)...at our staff meeting a few weeks ago they announced that our mandatory summer workshops would be the weekend of July 14th. I can't type what I said. I was so upset. Found out last week that our workshops are the 21st and 22nd! WooHoo - happy words this time!

I hope so too. However I am going to loose my title as Future anytime now, so it may not be Leadership unless I can get another recruit. One of my recruits is going inactive (if she hasn't already).
