Ok....So I'm a Bunco Addict. When I read on here that some of you were doing Bunco shows....I got so excited!! I don't know why I never thought of doing one when I sold PC before! (My first Bunco experience came from a Longaberger show.)

So, I'm pitching the idea to my friend. Her family and friends do all kinds of shows all the time, and rather than bore them with the standard show, I thought this would be a fun, exciting way to entice them to come, play and possibly book. :D

I looking for suggestions on what you think the "entry fee" should be. $5 or $10 and what the break-down on prizes should be. (I think it's good to reward 1-3rd place) I think she'll be able to rack in 12 people at least!

Thanks! Any ideas you can give me would be great!!

What's a bunco show? I have never heard of that...sounds like fun though.

I'm really interested in this too.

I want to do a Bunco show at my house in late Feb for my Last-First Sale. I want to have the last chance to order items that are being discontinued items (along with the stoneware sale) and first chance to order from the new spring/summer catalog. Plus I was thinking of offering additional discounts on discontinued & new items as an incentive to buy them now.

I'm trying to figure out at what level to award the prizes and how much they should be. And, also how to work the shipping. Should I put all of the winner's orders on one big order and cover the shipping? I really don't want winners to pay shipping - unless they are ordering additional items - then their winnings will be added on to their existing order.

Make sense?

Plus I wanted to have some small consolation prizes for those who don't win anything.

I seriously doubt it. I tried to convert it and you lose all the great images. I'll post it anyway and if someone has time....maybe they can. I'm at work and Lunch time is over, so I can't spend anymore time on it.

Keep in mind, this is my first invitation I've ever made! :D Cheers!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Bunco Show and how does it work?

A Bunco Show is a fun, social gathering where participants play the game of Bunco, a dice game that involves rolling dice and accumulating points. Guests typically pay an entry fee, which goes towards prizes for the winners. The event is often hosted by a Pampered Chef consultant, who can showcase products during the event, making it a great way to combine fun and direct sales.

What are some creative ideas for entry fees for a Bunco Show?

Entry fees can vary based on your audience and goals. Some ideas include charging a flat fee per person, such as $10-$20, or offering a tiered pricing structure where guests can pay more for additional raffle tickets. You can also consider a "bring a friend" discount, where guests receive a reduced entry fee for bringing someone new. Additionally, you could ask guests to bring a Pampered Chef product as their entry fee, which can be used as prizes or for demonstration purposes.

What types of prizes work best for a Bunco Show?

Prizes should be enticing and relevant to your audience. Consider offering Pampered Chef products, gift cards, or themed baskets filled with cooking essentials. You can also include fun items like kitchen gadgets, cookbooks, or even a free cooking class. Make sure to have a variety of prizes at different value levels to keep the competition exciting!

How can I promote my Bunco Show to increase attendance?

Promote your Bunco Show through social media, email invitations, and local community boards. Create an event page on platforms like Facebook to share details and updates. Encourage attendees to invite friends and share the event. You can also consider offering incentives for those who bring guests, such as extra raffle tickets or small gifts. Engaging visuals and clear communication about the fun and prizes can also help attract more participants.

What are some tips for running a successful Bunco Show?

To run a successful Bunco Show, ensure you have enough tables and seating for all participants. Prepare a clear set of rules and instructions for the game to avoid confusion. Keep the atmosphere lively with music and snacks, and consider having a designated time for product demonstrations. Lastly, make sure to engage with guests, encourage them to socialize, and create a welcoming environment to enhance their experience.
