Need a recipe that travels

Travelling about 5 hours for Thanksgiving - Any recipe ideas of something that travels well?? I've been thinking about a fluted pan recipe, but I'd love to hear your suggestions.

The French Apple Pastry from the Celebrate! cookbook travels well. It's delicious and light--nice after a big meal.

There is a whole section in the Delightful Desserts cookbook called Treats that Travel. My favorite is the Black Forest Trifle.
