Then she stuck it in a white flower pot, put some silver tissue paper around the tope of it, and tied a bow around the flower pot. We print out their selections on regular white paper, cut them out into hearts and tape a piece of ribbon on the back to hang from the tree. Everyone LOVES this idea! It really is cute! I've had nothing but RAVE reviews from using the "Bridal Tree".
A Bridal Tree is a decorative centerpiece that holds cards or notes from guests, often containing well wishes, advice, or favorite recipes for the bride. It serves as a beautiful keepsake for the bride to cherish after the shower.
To create a Bridal Tree, you will need a sturdy base (like a flower pot or a decorative box), branches (real or artificial), decorative elements (like ribbons or flowers), and tags or cards for guests to write their messages on. You may also want some twine or string to hang the cards from the branches.
Start by securing the branches into the base, ensuring they are stable. You can decorate the base with flowers or ribbons to match the bridal shower theme. Once the branches are in place, attach the tags or cards to the branches using twine or string, leaving enough space for guests to write their messages.
To encourage participation, you can place the Bridal Tree in a prominent location and provide pens or markers nearby. Consider including a sign that explains the purpose of the tree and encourages guests to share their thoughts. You might also offer a small incentive, like a prize drawing for those who contribute.
You can personalize the Bridal Tree by using the bride's wedding colors or theme. Incorporate elements like fairy lights, flowers, or themed ornaments. You could also use different shapes or sizes of tags, such as hearts or flowers, to make it visually appealing. Adding photos of the couple can also enhance the decoration.
