Try Making Zucchini Chips with a Microwave Chip Maker!

In summary, to make zucchini chips with the microwave chip maker, wash and slice the zucchini, place them on the chip maker with desired seasonings, and microwave for 3-5 minutes. Other vegetables can also be used, and cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of slices. No oil is needed, but it can be lightly sprayed before microwaving. The chip maker can make multiple chips at once.

Has anyone tried these with the Microwave Potato Chip Maker?
I don't like zucchini, but thought I might like these.

I'd be afraid to try those on the Microwave Chip Maker. The things that work best are solid like apples and potatoes. As a matter of fact, there are only a few things that are specifically allowed for use per the instructions.

What about a harder squash, like butternut? Or pumpkin?

Those still have a lot more water than fiber, Paula.
