Curious what everyone does for mtgs. in Dec. Do you give year end gifts? Have a party? Regular Mtg.?

Last year we met with our Exec. for a meal @ her place & had a gift exchange.

I'm doing a dinner. Right now my team is small, but even as we grown I don't see it being a problem. I did a Bridal Extravaganza last month and found a delicious catering company that will cater for $10 per person. This is very affordable for me and takes a big weight off of my shoulders. I'm going to do a catered dinner in my home for my team and their spouses or others, no kiddos We might do a Business Gift Exchange (something biz related to swap).

It really depends on the group and the company culture. Some people may choose to give year-end gifts to their colleagues or have a holiday party to celebrate the end of the year. Others may continue with regular meetings and work as usual. It's important to respect everyone's preferences and traditions. Personally, I like to give small gifts to my team members as a token of appreciation for their hard work throughout the year.
