Pampered Chef: Fundraiser Wrong consultant........

    I just got an email from the host of a fundraiser. She ordered from the wrong consultant. Is there anything she/I can do now? I have the lady's name... she is not on CS. Is it too late for my host to cancel her order? I think I know the answer, I am just wondering if there is something else that can be done. I told her to call Solution center to see... :confused::confused::confused:

    That happened to me...call the home office fast! they ship within 24-48 hours...if you can catch it great, if not... you will have to wait till the customer receives the order and then they need to refuse it. it is a huge mess... hope you can catch the order before it is processed... also have the customer call as well because they will need their cc# to cancel.
