I have never done the newsletter thing before. But I relaly want to start. I think it would be the best and easiest way to keep in contact with everyone and give them updates. But I do not know where to start!!? Do you send it via-email? I signed up for constant contacts 60-day trial period. But not sure if I can afford it after it's up. What does everyone else do for their newsletter? Do you have a separate pc email address that you send it through and just keep all of your pc contacts in there?
I need help please.

I do have a separate PC email address which helps so much! I use the newsletter from Custom Newsletter Designs For Consultants and love it as well as getting good feedback from it from my contacts. Mike is also VERY helpful if you have questions. It's $18 a year and I cannot afford to do my own newsletter for that price. In a self-serving note...if you sign up I'd love to get the referral from you... :)

1. What is email marketing and why is it important for my Pampered Chef business?

Email marketing is a form of marketing that involves sending commercial messages to a group of people through email. It is important for your Pampered Chef business because it allows you to directly reach out to your customers, promote your products and services, and build relationships with them.

2. How do I get started with newsletters for my Pampered Chef business?

The first step to getting started with newsletters is to create a mailing list of your customers' email addresses. You can do this by asking for their email address during in-person events or through your website. Next, choose an email marketing platform, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact, and create a template for your newsletter. Finally, start sending out regular newsletters to your subscribers.

3. What should I include in my newsletters?

Your newsletters should include a combination of valuable content and promotional material. This can include recipes, cooking tips, product highlights, upcoming events or promotions, and customer testimonials. Make sure to also include links back to your website or social media pages to drive traffic and engagement.

4. How often should I send out newsletters?

The frequency of your newsletters ultimately depends on your business and your subscribers' preferences. However, it is generally recommended to send out newsletters at least once a month to stay top of mind with your customers. You can also send out additional newsletters for special promotions or events.

5. How can I measure the success of my email marketing efforts?

Most email marketing platforms provide analytics that allow you to track the success of your campaigns. You can monitor metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate to see how your newsletters are performing. You can also gather feedback from your subscribers through surveys or by monitoring social media engagement.
