You have 60 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item. After that, we are unable to process any exchanges.
Yes, a new sales receipt will be provided for the exchanged item. You can also request a digital copy of the receipt to be emailed to you.
Yes, you can exchange an item that was given to you as a gift. However, the exchange must be done at the same location where the item was originally purchased and you will need to provide the original sales receipt.
