What's the Best Thing About Being a Leader With Pampered Chef?

I love motivating people. Now I know people have to continually motivate themselves to be successful. But I love being that spark, that when they're in a lull, gets them back on track!

No one wants to say the paycheck?? We all know that to really watch your paycheck explode, it is to have a team. I've seen some examples that just blew my mind. just by HAVING a team (these were directors and above)...it accounted for 1/3 -1/2 of their paycheck just for the overrides.(please don't take that the wrong way....I actually don't make much at all right now..so this is not MY personal answer (yet- haha).) Most of my team is "just active" most of the time, me included. We are spread out far and wide, so we don't get together either.)

My favorite thing is seeing them experience success they never thought was possible for them. For example, this month at our team meeting, we did an exercise in writing & telling our story for our shows. The gals were willing to really dig deep and share their "why" and some cried because they started with low self-esteem and difficult home situations. To hear them share their hope for their futures and their confidence in themselves because of PC is worth everything I do to help them!

Hi there! I completely agree with you, being a leader with Pampered Chef is such a rewarding experience. One of the best things about being a leader is being able to motivate and inspire others to reach their full potential. It's amazing to see how a simple spark of encouragement can make such a big difference in someone's journey with the company.
