Happy Birthday to cheffers....cakepampered and kdangel518...have an excellent day, today!!!

Tonight for dinner we are probably having a very easy, cold weather meal leftover pasta for my DD and a soup/stew for my DS and DH of beans and macaroni w/escarole...they love, it is easy to make and cheap...what more could I ask for???

Have a great day all...ugh for the rain we are getting, but at least today isn't Monday!!;)
 
It's hot here! We will probably grill something so I don't have to heat up the kitchen - or I will DCB/microwave it!
 
I think I'll do Crunchy Chicken Strips, and sweet potato french fries. DS friendly, and something we all like!
 
Breakfast for dinner :) We are rainy here as well :( Pancakes, bacon, eggs and applesauce. Hubby is cooking so I don't mind :)

Jerk Chicken Nachos for us!

I picked up a rotisserie chicken yesterday since they're $3.99 at Kroger + I had a $1 off coupon. Ended up doing fajitas, so we'll use the chicken today for nachos.
