If a recruit does not qualify in their 90 days, they will not be able to continue with the program. Their contract will be terminated and they will no longer be considered a recruit.
In some cases, there may be flexibility with the 90-day qualification period. If there are extenuating circumstances that prevented the recruit from meeting the requirements, they may be given an extension or allowed to reapply at a later date.
There may be consequences for the recruiter if their recruit does not qualify in 90 days. This could include a decrease in their commission or bonuses, or even termination from their position if it becomes a recurring issue.
If a recruit does not qualify in their 90 days, they can discuss their options with their recruiter or program coordinator. They may be able to reapply at a later date or be given an extension if there are valid reasons for not meeting the requirements.
In most cases, a recruit will not be able to join the program again if they do not qualify in their 90 days. However, they may be able to reapply at a later date or join a different program within the organization.
