Is there a way to pull a report of warranties expiring during a certain time frame? I'd like to see what products that I've sold are running out of their warranty in the next few months to do some customer care calls. I feel like I've pulled some reports like that before but can't figure it out now.

THat would be good to know! I can't find a way to pull a report myself- but hopefully someone else knows.I do know you can look at the contact's Order History tab and click on the button to just show what is still under the guarantee. But that's for each individual contact.

Yes, there is a way to pull a report of warranties expiring during a certain time frame. Depending on the software or system you are using, the steps may vary slightly. However, here are the general steps to follow:1. Identify the data source: The first step is to identify where the warranty information is stored. This could be in your CRM, accounting software, or a separate warranty management system.2. Determine the date range: Decide on the time frame for which you want to pull the report. This could be the next 3 months, 6 months, or any other specified time period.3. Create a query or filter: Use the data source's reporting tools to create a query or filter that will pull all the warranty information for the specified time frame.4. Select relevant fields: Choose the fields that you want to include in the report. This could include the product name, customer name, warranty start and end dates, etc.5. Run the report: Once you have selected the necessary criteria, run the report. This will generate a list of all the warranties that are expiring within the specified time frame.6. Review and export the report: Review the report to ensure it includes all the necessary information. If everything looks good, export the report into a format such as Excel or PDF for easy viewing and sharing.By following these steps, you should be able to pull a report of warranties expiring during a certain time frame. If you are having trouble finding the necessary data or creating the report, consult with your IT department or the vendor of the software/system you are using for assistance.
