How can I maximize success at my first vendor fair?

In summary, a vendor fair is an event where businesses and vendors come together to showcase and sell their products or services. The process and cost of signing up for a vendor fair vary, and it's important to research and contact the event organizers for specific instructions. It's also crucial to plan and prepare for the event by bringing marketing materials, decorations, and a way to process payments. To make the most of the experience, having an attractive display, engaging with potential customers, and having a positive attitude are key.

I am doing my first vendor fair - My main business is fundraisers but I would like to increase bridal registries and booking

What has been successful for the rest of you

Where did you find a vendor fair? I am sure they are really picking up for the summer months, but I am not sure where to find them, or even what I am looking for.

I have done most of my stuff with cooking shows and catalog shows.

Well a lot of the stuff is craft fairs but craftlister.com is a good place to start but check your churches and local city websites too

I notice your dog picture on your list is an eskimo dog. We have a siberian husky and an akita/st bernard mix. Great dogs, aren't they?!
