Vegan Recipes and Family Skillet

I have a host who is *this* close to selling the Professional Family Skillet to one of her co-workers. She asked me for selling tips and I told her to tell him I'd find him a whole slew of vegan recipes for him to make with his new skillet.

Any ideas where I can find some? Oh and any other tips to help me help her get this sale?
