We have a Timeshare in Branson, MO and are looking to sell our wk to help pay bills. We've been contacted by a company called Vacation Property Marketing. Wondering if anyone has experience with this?

They had my DH pay an adv. fee upfront today and promised to refund it if it doesn't sell in 90 days. However when I look on their website it doesn't seem to make the same promise + I found lots of neg. on the net. DH already made a commitment but now wondering if we should try to get out of it.

It is always important to research any company with whom you are considering doing business. Vacation Property Marketing has mixed reviews online, with some people saying they had positive experiences and others saying that they did not. You should also make sure that any promises made by the company are in writing before agreeing to anything. If you are not comfortable with the commitment your DH has made, it may be best to try to get out of it.

I would highly advise against using Vacation Property Marketing to sell your timeshare. There are many red flags with this company, such as asking for an upfront fee and not following through with their promises. Additionally, the negative reviews and lack of a refund promise on their website are major concerns. It's always better to be cautious and do thorough research before committing to any company, especially when it involves your finances. I would recommend trying to get out of the agreement and finding a more reputable and trustworthy company to sell your timeshare.
