What's a reasonable amount of calls/time frame/number shows added and so on to challenge them with for next month?
 
I started a new incentive program for my team, and they are digging the $5 PC that I've been giving them. Those add up!
 
We do surprise goody bags that usually contain a product. They don't know what's in the bags, so it's fun.

We also have a beat our best as a team. Depending on the number of categories beat, we do a drawing for a gift card $10-$25.
