Delicious Tiramisu Brownie Trifle Recipe for Your Next Dessert Contest

In summary, to make Tiramisu Brownie Trifle, you will need brownie mix, cream cheese, powdered sugar, espresso, cocoa powder, ladyfingers, and whipped topping. You can use any type of cake or cookie instead of brownies, but make sure to cut them into small pieces. The trifle can be made up to 24 hours in advance, and you can omit the alcohol or substitute with espresso if desired. The best way to serve the trifle is by layering the ingredients in a trifle dish and garnishing with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.

We are having a dessert contest at work next week and I was thinking of making this trifle. Does anyone know if it can be made the night before? I want to make sure it will "stay together" until the next day without the filling breaking down (I do have a way to keep it chilled). If not, any other suggestions for a "winning" recipe :)

Yes, it can be made the night before. Also, I suggest using dark chocolate chips rather than grating the chocolate. A lot easier, and you can use more, so even yummier. This is a great favorite of one of my dearest friends, so I've had lots of practice making it! (I make the non-alcoholic version, though, if that makes a difference).

Thanks so much. I have only made it one time at a show and it was eaten right away. I thought it was fantastic (with liquor) and that's why I wanted to make it. Good idea about the chips!
