Ewww, yuck - yes I have! Grew up on a farm, and was required to help with chicken butchering. Not something I want to do again though.

Yes it was not fun hit my head so hard I had a seizure and I was at DH work party and pregnant. Very embarassing.

No, that's one of the few rare things in this thread I haven't done...I've done most of the rest. (Unlike Meg though, I've never hit a pedestrian...only deer and bear)

Yes. My dad paid me $2 an hour and I did it for 12 hours. I was disking and listen to the radio. At one point I wasn't paying attention and the disk wasn't down in the ground enough. My dad came and turned off the radio because he thought I wasn't paying attention because of the radio. Whatever! I turned it right back on when he got out. He told me later that he knew I'd do that.

Unfortunately, yes! When I was in high school and my first couple weeks of college I was totally into drinking for fun. Getting drunk was the point. I pray I stay in touch with my kids better than my parents did with me. They were naive.

Yes. For quite a few summers in a row, about 5, I detassled corn. Awful, yucky, dirty nasty job. I know there are worse jobs, but that is pretty bad.

No, never. But, when I was around 4 or 5 I saw pigs' tails being cut off. I couldn't believe it. One after another after another. I don't think I was traumatized, but I remember thinking about how that must hurt.
