Pampered Chef: Something italian

    We are having a family potluck dinner this weekend and the theme is all italian food. I'm in charge of bringing appetizers so I'm making some bruschetta but cant think of what else. So throw me your suggestions please!:)

    There's a delicious Antipasto in the new Appetizers book. Or you can create your own version by putting together: bite sized fresh mozzarella, grape tomatoes, marinated mushrooms, artichoke hearts, ham cubes, salami cubes. It's easy, and can be eaten with a fork or on toothpicks.

    Garlic Bites! Serve them every Christmas Eve with spaghetti (family tradition to have Spaghetti on XMas Eve).
