I am wondering if we can do a fundraiser show for the 3-day walk..

My neighbor is walking again this year and they have to raise $2,300 in order to walk. Can a show be a fundraiser for her to walk? How would that work?

Thanks,
Karen

Yes, you can do a fundraiser for her. You can put "The 3-Day Walk" or whatever the official pay-to is as the organization, and have the check mailed to the host. She can then forward it on to the organization with a donation slip.

Okay.. so we can have the host (walker) have a show or gather orders, with the intent of a fundraiser. This is great!
I have had two people just ask me this!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the 3-Day Walk and how can Pampered Chef support it?

The 3-Day Walk is a fundraising event that raises money for breast cancer research and support programs. Pampered Chef can support this event by hosting cooking shows where a portion of the sales goes directly to the fundraising efforts. This not only helps raise money but also promotes community involvement and awareness.

How can I organize a Pampered Chef show to benefit the 3-Day Walk?

To organize a Pampered Chef show for the 3-Day Walk, you can start by choosing a date and location. Then, invite friends and family to attend, either in-person or virtually. Promote the event as a fundraiser, and let attendees know that a percentage of the sales will be donated to the 3-Day Walk. Be sure to provide information about the cause and how their participation helps.

What products should I promote during the show to maximize donations?

Focus on promoting popular and versatile Pampered Chef products that appeal to a wide audience. Items like cookware, kitchen gadgets, and baking tools are great options. Additionally, consider showcasing products that can be used for meal prep or entertaining, as these often generate more interest and sales, leading to higher donations.

Can I offer incentives to encourage more sales during the show?

Yes! Offering incentives can motivate guests to purchase more. You could provide a raffle for a Pampered Chef product, offer discounts on future purchases, or create a tiered donation system where certain sales milestones unlock additional donations to the 3-Day Walk. These strategies can enhance engagement and boost sales.

How can I promote my Pampered Chef show to attract more attendees?

Promote your show through social media, email invitations, and community bulletin boards. Share your personal story or connection to the 3-Day Walk to inspire others to join. Create engaging posts that highlight the cause, the fun of the show, and the impact of their contributions. Consider collaborating with local businesses or influencers to expand your reach.
