I need to know if anyone keeps a copy of the three part sales receipts?? I am cleaning my office and I feel like I have a ton of them lol.
 
I keep them for around 90 days, so that if an issue comes up with an order, I can refer to the original receipt (if the item was wrong etc). After that, I shred them, beacuse I have all the information in P3 and my other notes, and I back up my P3 regularly.
 
It is unlikely that anyone keeps physical copies of three part sales receipts as most receipts are digital or only have one or two parts.
