I recently got a rockcrok but do not have a microwave. Looking for some recipes that don't involve the microwave. Especially some deserts.

Most of the microwave recipes can be done in the oven as well. It generally takes twice as long in the oven as it does in the microwave. I find that the cake recipes are even better in the oven.

1. Slow Cooker Apple Crisp: In a slow cooker, combine sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter to create a crumbly topping. Sprinkle the topping over the apples and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until the apples are tender.2. No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars: In a large bowl, mix together crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and a jar of peanut butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the rockcrok. In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips and pour over the peanut butter mixture. Let cool in the fridge for 1-2 hours before cutting into bars.3. Caramelized Bananas: In the rockcrok, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced bananas and cook until they start to caramelize. Serve over ice cream for a quick and easy dessert.4. Baked Apples: Core apples and stuff with a mixture of oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Place in the rockcrok and bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until the apples are soft.5. Berry Cobbler: In the rockcrok, mix together fresh berries, sugar, and a splash of lemon juice. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk to create a batter. Pour the batter over the berries and bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.6. Lemon Blueberry Pound Cake: In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add in eggs, flour, baking powder, lemon juice, and blueberries. Pour the batter into the rockcrok and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.7. Chocolate Lava Cake: In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and eggs. Pour the batter into the rockcrok and place a few pieces of chocolate in the center. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are set but the center is still gooey.8. Peach Cobbler: In the rockcrok, mix together sliced peaches, sugar, and a splash of vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk to create a batter. Pour the batter over the peaches and bake at
