Can I accurately determine the 30th day of returns on HO's books?

Is there a way of knowing exactly what the 30th day would be on HO's books? I know it's 30 days from when they think the host received their shipment, but is there a way to know for sure. It keeps happening where I encounter someone who needs to have an adjustment made and we are right around 30 days. Maybe a few days beyond, though, so I'm not sure. I guess I should just do the adjustment online and then I'll know based on the instructions afterwards, right?

Don't do an online adjustment. Call HO. I had one that I thought was just beyond the 30 days. I asked anyway and it was 29 days.
