I have a question concerning waivers? Is the only reason allowed for requesting a waiver from selling quota medical reasons? I have a recruit who has finished her super starter months and is going on her 6 month, however her life has recently been turned upside down and is struggling to meet the 200 goal bi monthly. She was wondering if she could take a leave of absence and not lose her sales total as she is close to 10K. Thanks for your input.:)

I am pretty sure if she lets HO know what is going on, they'll give her a sales waiver.

My director said that she claims a "Family crisis" and it protects the career sales. I would call HO just to be sure though...

WaiversThanks so much for the help. I tried to find it under CC but was not able to. I will definitely give them a call on Monday.

Paula if you want to see it in print go to CC and download policy and procedures. I believe the information is on page F-16.

When you request a leave, you dont even need to say why you need it. I've never had anyone, nor have heard of anybody being turned down.

What is a sales quota waiver for medical reasons?

A sales quota waiver for medical reasons is a formal request submitted by a Pampered Chef consultant to be excused from meeting their sales targets due to health-related issues. This waiver allows consultants to maintain their status and benefits while managing their medical conditions.

How do I request a waiver for my sales quota due to medical reasons?

To request a waiver, you should contact your Pampered Chef director or the corporate support team. Provide documentation of your medical condition, such as a doctor's note, and explain how it affects your ability to meet sales quotas. Ensure your request is submitted in a timely manner to allow for processing.

What kind of medical documentation is required for the waiver?

The required documentation typically includes a note from a licensed healthcare provider that outlines your medical condition and how it impacts your ability to fulfill sales requirements. This documentation should be clear and concise to facilitate the review process.

Will my request for a waiver be approved automatically?

No, approval is not automatic. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Pampered Chef corporate team. They will consider the provided documentation and your overall sales history before making a decision.

What happens if my waiver request is denied?

If your waiver request is denied, you will be notified with the reasons for the decision. You may have the option to appeal the decision or provide additional documentation to support your case. It's important to stay in communication with your director for guidance on next steps.
