I ordered a replacement part for a customer on Aug 14th and it got shipped Aug 26th and is not due to arrive until Sept 4th. THAT IS CRAZY!!!!!

Has anyone else had it take a long time with replacement parts??

I have a very upset college student and I am not to happy with it either!!!
 
They ship them SmartPost, and that always takes longer. Same thing with small supply orders.It's only 10 days, and considering that shipping is FREE on replacement parts, I'd say that's a pretty good deal.

I assume this is your first experience with ordering a replacement part? Because what you are describing is pretty much the shipping schedule for replacement parts. It is what it is. There just isn't the sense of urgency with those that there is with other orders.
 
.....plus, there is a holiday weekend in there. I'm willing to bet the replacement will get there before the tracking date says.
