I am not a creative cook at all! I need some ideas for recipes for the new Covered Roaster. I really think this will be a good seller, but I also think we need a few recipes that will really showcase it.

Any ideas?
 
I was looking for some of these today. Did anyone put together a 'recipe book'?
 
1. One Pot Chicken and Vegetable Roast: In the Covered Roaster, place diced chicken breasts, diced potatoes, carrots, and onions. Season with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs. Cover and bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve with a side of crusty bread for a complete meal.2. Beef and Mushroom Stew: In the Covered Roaster, brown chunks of beef with chopped onions and garlic. Add in sliced mushrooms, beef broth, and a can of diced tomatoes.
