I had a customer order the Thai Peanut, Maple Honey Mustard and the Ginger Wasabi sauces. Other than as a dipping sauce or over a block of cream cheese, any recipes? I have only used the Ginger Wasabi and I used it in a stir fry. Thanks!

The Ginger Wasabi sauce is a great marinade for grilled salmon and grilled veggies. The Thai Peanut sauce can be used in any Thai recipe or as a satay. I don't really like the Maple Honey Mustard.

1. Thai Peanut Chicken Skewers: Marinate chicken chunks in Thai Peanut sauce for at least an hour, then skewer and grill. Serve with extra sauce for dipping.2. Maple Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon: Mix equal parts Maple Honey Mustard sauce and honey, then brush over salmon fillets before baking or grilling.3. Ginger Wasabi Shrimp Stir Fry: Sauté shrimp, vegetables, and your choice of noodles in a mixture of Ginger Wasabi sauce and soy sauce.4. Thai Peanut Noodle Salad: Toss cooked noodles with shredded carrots, bell peppers, and cucumber. Drizzle with Thai Peanut sauce and top with crushed peanuts.5. Maple Honey Mustard Chicken Salad: Mix shredded chicken with diced apples, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans. Dress with a mixture of Maple Honey Mustard sauce and Greek yogurt.6. Ginger Wasabi Deviled Eggs: Mix Ginger Wasabi sauce into the yolk mixture for a spicy twist on traditional deviled eggs.7. Thai Peanut Tofu Lettuce Wraps: Marinate tofu in Thai Peanut sauce, then pan-fry until crispy. Serve in lettuce cups with shredded carrots, cucumber, and cilantro.8. Maple Honey Mustard Glazed Brussels Sprouts: Toss halved Brussels sprouts with a mixture of Maple Honey Mustard sauce and olive oil. Roast in the oven until tender and caramelized.9. Ginger Wasabi Salmon Cakes: Mix canned salmon with breadcrumbs, diced red pepper, and Ginger Wasabi sauce. Form into patties and pan-fry until golden brown.10. Thai Peanut Slaw: Toss shredded cabbage, carrots, and red bell peppers with a dressing made from Thai Peanut sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil. Top with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
