Realator New Homeowner Flyer

I have looked through thread after thread (maybe I am missing it) But I am looking for some examples or ideas for a flyer that a successful realtor friend of mine can put into her new homeowner welcome packets. I am thinking it would include my contact info, some sort of coupon, a recipe, etc....

Any ideas or anything anyone has done? I Have seen a lot of things regarding realtors ordering gifts from us as consultants to give, but I am looking for more a flyer to advertise my business.

I love this idea! I've approached some realtor friends and given them catalogs so they could order PC items as their housewarming gifts.
