ticketsI got a whole huge roll at WalMart. Is that what you're thinking of- the ones with numbers. I'm thinking of using their survey cards from now on as door prize or raffle drawings. That way everyone will be sure to fill out their survey cards(have had problems getting everyone to do it.)
