I'm doing a 30 minute chicken for my friend tonight. She lives 35 minutes away and it just dawned on me is it better to take it ready to do in her micro (cold) or should I cook it and try to keep it hot?

Basically I have to decide if it is easier to keep it cold for the 35 minute drive, or keep it warm? What do you think?

I'd cook it when you get there. However one thought, do you know for certain it will fit in her micro?

I'd have it ready to cook (cold), put it in when your show "starts" then do something like the garlic butter bites/trifle or something to show some product while it cooks.
