Understanding Recruits and Performance Tracking: A Common Question

In summary, the process for recruiting new employees involves identifying the need, creating a job description, advertising, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making a job offer. Companies attract top talent by offering competitive salaries and benefits, promoting a positive company culture, and utilizing social media and other recruitment platforms. Employers look for skills, work ethic, communication abilities, and a positive attitude in potential recruits. To ensure diversity, companies actively seek out diverse candidates and implement inclusive hiring practices. Some common challenges in recruitment include a competitive job market, difficulty finding qualified candidates, high turnover rates, and legal requirements.

I have one recruit under me ( soon to be 2) anyways, the one recruit got a recruit herself. Why is her recruit showing up on my individual performance tracker?

Because as soon as you promote to director she will be in your first line until her recruiter promotes.

Notice that her name and information is shaded darker and that she is indented. That shows that she is in your recruit's downline.

It is likely that your company or organization has a system in place where recruits are counted towards your individual performance, even if they are not directly under you. This is a common practice in multi-level marketing or sales companies. Your recruit's recruit is considered part of your team and their success contributes to your overall performance. This is done to encourage teamwork and motivate individuals to support and mentor their recruits. It may seem confusing at first, but it ultimately benefits everyone in the long run.
