I am thinking about doing the Cran Rasberry Fizz for a show on Saturday but not haven't been able to find the rasberry sorbet. We are doing the Double Chocolate Mousse Cups as the main recipe. Any ideas on a drink recipe that I could do that is non alcoholic and possibly pink?

I've always found the raspberry sorbet in the small, pint containers and it's usually around where all the ice cream treats are, not with the actual ice creams. Well, except that it is with all the other pints of ice cream rather than gallons.

What about the Mock Berry Mojitos?

One option could be a pink lemonade mocktail. Simply mix together equal parts lemonade and cranberry juice, add a splash of sparkling water and a few drops of grenadine for color. You could also garnish with a lemon slice and a few fresh raspberries on the rim of the glass.Another option could be a strawberry basil mocktail. Muddle a few fresh strawberries and basil leaves in a glass, add in some cranberry juice and top with sparkling water. You could also add in a splash of lime juice for some extra tartness. For a fun twist on the Cran Raspberry Fizz, you could also make a raspberry limeade mocktail. Mix together equal parts limeade and cranberry juice, add in a splash of raspberry syrup and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lime wedge and a few fresh raspberries. All of these options are non-alcoholic, pink in color, and would pair well with the Double Chocolate Mousse Cups. Happy hosting!
