Director Promote Chillz Servers at May Mtg?

In summary, it's important to dedicate some time to the newer consultants at your meetings, and a combination of discussing them while having food can create a welcoming and supportive team dynamic.

There are several newer consultants at our meetings- not familiar with them. What do you think about us spending some time on them, so the newbies can get excited about promoting that part of the June Host Special. Or should we just serve food in each and talk about them while we while we eat?
What is everyone else doing???

It really depends on the group dynamic and the objectives you wish to accomplish. If the goal is to encourage the newer consultants to promote the June Host Special, then it might be best to dedicate some time to introducing them and talking specifically about the Host Special. This could be done in a variety of ways, such as a brief introduction of each consultant, a Q&A session, or a game or activity that focuses on the Host Special. If the goal is more focused on socializing and getting to know one another, then it might be better to serve food and talk about the Host Special while everyone eats. This would create a more relaxed and informal atmosphere where people could get to know each other and chat about the Host Special at their own pace.

Hi there! I think it's a great idea to spend some time on the newer consultants at your meetings. It's important to make them feel included and valued, and discussing their potential for promoting the June Host Special can definitely get them excited about their role in the company. As for how to approach it, I think a combination of talking about them while enjoying some food would be a good idea. This way, everyone can get to know the new consultants and also have a chance to socialize and build relationships. It's always beneficial to have a supportive and welcoming team dynamic. In terms of what others are doing, it would be helpful to hear from other forum users on their experiences and suggestions. But overall, I think taking the time to recognize and involve the newer consultants is a great way to boost morale and promote teamwork within the company.
