Replacing a Broken Ice Cream Scoop: What You Need to Know

In summary, if your ice cream scoop is not functioning properly or has visible damage, it is likely broken and in need of replacement. It is generally not possible to fix a broken ice cream scoop, so it is recommended to check with the manufacturer or a professional for potential repair options. If your ice cream scoop breaks while in use, immediately stop using it and replace it with a new one to avoid any potential injuries. The lifespan of an ice cream scoop can vary, but it is recommended to replace it every 1-2 years to ensure proper functioning and safety. While it may be tempting to use a different type of scoop, it is not recommended as ice cream scoops are specifically designed for scooping frozen treats and using a different type

You can either go online and do an adjustment or call 888-our-chef and do an adjustment there. If the product was shipped within 30 days PC will pay the shipping IF they want it back.

call 1-888-our-chefcall the help line, it promps you through everything, most likely they'll send her a new one, no questions asked, otherwise if they want the item back they will send her a UPS label & have the UPS man pick it up. You'll need her name & show # - no worries, it is super easy!
