Hi I'm new to pampered chef and was hoping someone might have a solution to my problem. I am able to log onto the Pampered Chef site and access the consultant's corner no problem. However, when I installed PP+ and tried to log into it I kept getting a login error saying my account number or password is incorrect. Anyone out there know why I can't log in? Is it a different password that I have to set up and am unaware of or something else? thanks!
 
I believe that when you logged into the website they were supposed to email you a password. It is different than the one for the beta site where you signed up. You'll need to call tech support on Monday.
