When is the best time to make phone calls? I usually do them at night from 7p-8p, but I usually resent it. I want to be with my family or watch my favorite programs.

Does anyone have any success making phone calls in the morning or afternoon?

If it's important that I speak with someone then Thursday and Sunday evenings are when I can reach the most people. If I just need to leave a message then I do it during the day. I only get a hold of people in the am or afternoon if they are SAHM.
