Understanding Personal Order Overpayments and Balance Errors

In summary, a personal order is a purchase made for personal use and may be subject to cancellation and return policies that vary by store. Most stores will provide a tracking number and accept credit or debit cards as payment methods. It is important to check with the store directly for their specific policies.

I just did my first order to get some products I wanted. When I sent it on through it says there was an overpayment of a few dollars and then on another screen it says the order was "not balanced." What does all this mean. It says the order went on through.

When you go in to put how you want to pay for something it goes to the screen to select the payment and the amount, maybe you went to do that and then went back in and changed something in your order then sent it is why it is not balancing. I am sure that if it went thru then it didn't balance PC will email or call you to let you know.

I'm just trying to figure out what this means. There are a few possible reasons for this message. It could mean that there was an issue with the payment processing and the amount charged was more than the total cost of the order. This could be due to a glitch or error in the system.Another possibility is that there was a discrepancy between the total cost of the order and the amount paid. This could be due to a mistake in calculating the total or a change in pricing that was not reflected in the order. In either case, it is best to contact customer service for the website or company where you placed the order to clarify the issue and ensure that your order was processed correctly. They should be able to provide more information and assist with any necessary adjustments to the payment or order.
