Personal Newsletter on Personal Website

Has anyone ever downloaded your personal newsletter on your personal pc website. I have so many customers who will not open my newsletter and some who's smart phone will not let them open any links.

If you do, can you give me any tips for loading it on my website. So far I have never downloaded anything on my site.
