Pampered Chef Website E-mail Problem!!

If you have a PC Website, did anyone else have this problem?? I e-mailed all of my contacts with the Wedding Registry Announcement they supply and my contacts got it 2, 3, even 5 times!! There are many who have asked me to remove them from my Newsletter list, and even after appologies, I have to respect their wishes! This sucks!:(

Please call home office!

Please make sure to call home office and let them know! I had this problem both times I have sent out a distribution to all of my contacts under the website. The first time was just after Thanksgiving for a last minute Christmas shopping chance and then it happened again when I emailed the new Spring product information.

I spent some time back and forth with tech support and they hadn't heard about this happening from anyone else so I thought maybe it was something on my site. They never could figure out why it happened.

I have to say I'm scared to send another email out because it does make people crabby! I'm going to look into one of the email brains I read about out here on the websites. It's extra work to put transfer the information over but I need to have something I can trust.

I did e-mail the HO. The said that several others complained of the same peoblem, but they were unable to reproduce the problem. I am not using the site to send mass e-mails anymore, I will just send from my own e-mail account...not worth losing good customers over (or looking like a stalker!).
