Banana Bread: 2 cups VERY ripe bananas, mashed, and 8 oz. Sunny Delight
Cherry Bread: Black Cherry Soda and chopped maraschino cherries
Cherry Bread: Variation Dr. Pepper, chopped cherries, and chopped nuts
Cin-a-Dew: Mountain Dew, cup cinnamon chips,
Corn Bread: 15 oz. can creamed corn, 1/3 cup oil, no beer or soda
Spicy Corn Bread: 15 oz. can creamed corm, 1/3 cup red pepper type oil,
no beer or soda
Cranberry-Orange Bread: Orange juice, tsp. cinnamon plus, chopped
cranberries
Drop Biscuits: 12 oz. Buttermilk or 1 cup milk, add 3 Tbsp. vinegar
Foccacia: 12 oz. light beer, 1-2 gloves fresh pressed garlic, spread into
greased Deep Dish Baker, brush with favorite oils or topping, bake 20-30
minutes

Focciaca Bread - Add 3 Tbs. Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto, spread to 1"
thickness on baking stone, brush with olive oil, bake for 15 - 20 minutes
pat w/ butter and sprinkle with 1Tbsp. coarse sugar
Ginger Bread: Root Beer, cup Molasses, 1tsp. cinnamon, tsp. ginger,
tsp. cloves, tsp. nutmeg
Hawaiian Bread: Mountain Dew
Low Fat Hawaiian or Cinn-A-Dew: Diet Mountain Dew, spray pan w/non stick
spray, no butter or sugar
Orange Bread: Orange Soda and drained, chopped mandarin oranges
Peanut Butter Bread: Cream Soda and cup peanut butter chips. Top w/
powdered sugar Glaze
Pizza Dough: 1 cup plus 3-4 Tbsp. Beer. Mix well, cover, let sit 5 min.
Roll onto floured surface, put on pizza stone, add toppings and bake
325F for 15-20 minutes. (Try using prepared Dried Tomato and Garlic
Pesto as pizza sauce!)
Pumpkin Bread: Orange soda, 12 oz. can pure pumpkin, 1 tsp. cinnamon,
tsp. ginger, tsp. cloves, tsp. nutmeg (or 1-4 tsp instant mulling spice - sprinkle on top)
White Choc. Bread - 1 Can Vanilla Coke, bag White Choc. Chips
To Make: Use Beer and:
Bacon Loaf - Add Bacon
Fresh Dips: Prepare any 1 of the Farmers Market Seasoning packet, serve
with prepared Beer Bread
Garlic Cheese Bread: Sprinkle All Purpose Dill Mix, press 1-2 cloves
fresh garlic top with cup shredded cheese such as Parmesan
Herb Bread: All Purpose Dill Mix or Spinach/Herb mix to taste
Italian Loaf: Sprinkle with Italian Blend Seasoning Mix &/or Dried
Tomato/Garlic Pesto
Seasoned Bread - Add 2 Tbs. Season Salt
