Hi,

I have been having issues with my laptop and a tech savvy friend helped me by resetting my computer to original settings. She did put my back up file of P3 on to a flash drive and I was able to download P3 from CC but how do I get all my information into P3?? If anyone is tech savvy and can help me I'd appreciate the how to do so! TIA.
 
First- make sure you have downloaded and installed also any of the latest UPDATES too. The program itself wouldn't necessarily have the latest updates included.After you have done that, open P3. Go to "TOOLS", and then select "RESTORE". After that, I don't know what it asks you (because I've not had to do it yet, and if I click on it, it tells me it will erase my current and replace with the backup), but I bet it asks you for the location of the backup file, and you can select the path and the file and follow the prompts from there!Good luck.
If that doesn't work, call HO Tech Support for the RIGHT answers. They are open quite awhile. :)
