Hi everyone!

I'm really new to PC. I'm hosting an open house the first weekend of December, and I'd like to know what tips you have for hosting an open house.

Thanks!

me too! this is what i'm doing.....I am hosting a open house and I have invited Avon, tupperware, and tastefully simple. I only have to make one dish because tastefully simple is handling the rest. All are bringing cash and carry. Tastefully simple and I are working side by side in the kitchen. She will be using PC to mix and cook all her foods. I live in a older community so the people here will love the thought of not having to fight the crowds at the mall. I will be giving away a few door prizes during the evening.Hope this helps. :D

1. Plan ahead: Make a list of everything you need to do before the open house and set a timeline for completing each task. This will help you stay organized and on track.2. Promote the event: Use social media, email, and word of mouth to spread the word about your open house. You can also create flyers to post in your neighborhood or at local businesses.3. Clean and declutter: A clean and clutter-free home will make a good first impression on potential buyers. Make sure to deep clean all areas of your home and remove any personal items or excessive decorations.4. Create a welcoming atmosphere: Set the mood by playing soft music, lighting candles, and baking cookies or other treats. This will make your home feel warm and inviting to guests.5. Provide refreshments: Offer light snacks and beverages for guests to enjoy while they tour your home. This will also give them a reason to stay longer and ask questions.6. Use natural light: Open all curtains and blinds to let in as much natural light as possible. This will make your home feel brighter and more spacious.7. Have information available: Create a packet with information about your home, including features, upgrades, and any recent renovations. You can also include neighborhood information and school district ratings.8. Be available: Make sure you or your agent are available to answer any questions and give tours to potential buyers. This will show that you are invested in selling your home and are willing to provide all the necessary information.9. Be flexible: Some potential buyers may want to schedule a private showing or come back for a second look. Be open to accommodating these requests to increase your chances of a sale.10. Follow up: After the open house, send a thank-you email or note to all guests who attended. This will show your appreciation and also give you the opportunity to follow up with any potential buyers.

1. What is an open house and why should I host one?

An open house is an event where you invite friends, family, and acquaintances to your home to learn about and try out Pampered Chef products. Hosting an open house is a great way to earn free products, connect with others, and have a fun and relaxing time. It's also an opportunity to introduce new people to Pampered Chef and potentially grow your customer base.

2. How do I prepare for an open house?

Start by setting a date and inviting people to attend. You can do this through word of mouth, social media, or by sending out physical invitations. Next, plan out the menu and gather all the necessary Pampered Chef products and ingredients. Set up a designated area for the demonstration and make sure to have enough seating for your guests. Finally, make sure to have plenty of catalogs and order forms on hand for attendees to take home.

3. What should I serve at the open house?

The menu can be as simple or elaborate as you'd like. You can serve light appetizers, desserts, or even a full meal depending on your preference. It's recommended to incorporate Pampered Chef products into the menu so guests can see them in action. For example, you can make a salad using the Quick Slice or a dessert using the Stoneware Fluted Pan.

4. How do I conduct the demonstration at the open house?

Start by introducing yourself and welcoming your guests. Then, provide a brief overview of Pampered Chef and the products you will be showcasing. Next, demonstrate how to use each product and explain its benefits. Encourage your guests to ask questions and interact with the products. At the end, offer them the opportunity to place an order or book their own party.

5. What are some tips for successful open house?

First and foremost, have a positive attitude and be enthusiastic about the products. Make sure to also have enough supplies and samples for everyone. Encourage your guests to try out the products and ask for their feedback. Offer incentives for placing an order or booking a party. Finally, don't forget to follow up with attendees after the open house to thank them for coming and offer any additional support or information they may need.
