Urgent Easy Online Order Returns for Customers | Get Replacement Receipts

I need to return something for one of my customers. I thought I'd have no problem with pulling a receipt from P3. But it turns out she ordered it from my website along with an outlet item as an individual order. Is there any way to get a receipt from that so I can send it back to be replaced???? Thanks!

In P3, on the bottom half of the right column, you'll see tabs for Contact, Shows, Non-Commission Orders, Income & Expense & then Online Orders. Click on the Online Order tab, find her name & click on it. In the gray section just below where you clicked the tab to find her, you'll see a clickable link to print a receipt.

Unfortunately, if the customer ordered the item as an individual order from your website, there may not be a receipt available in P3. You can try reaching out to your website provider to see if they have a record of the order and can provide a receipt. Alternatively, you can create a new receipt for the customer in P3 and send it to them for their records.
