My name is Heather and I am still new. I have only been with The Pampered Chef for about 5 months. I absolutely LOVE it. Back in 1996, I attended my first PC party and to be honest, I wasn't all that impressed. I was a newlywed (barely 20 years old) and I didn't cook very much. I also didn't have a ton of extra money to spend.
I hosted my first party in 2007. It was fun, but I didn't really have a whole lot of success. Fast forward almost 7 years, and I was talking with my daughter about needing to find a consultant so that I could get some new bowls. About a month later, a Honda Pilot passed me going in the opposite direction and I flipped my car around and followed her right to the McDonalds drive thru where I asked her for a catalog.
Having been in direct sales before, I knew she would want my contact information as we all know that the follow up is the most important
I booked a party for December and signed my contract at the end of that month. I needed the extra money to help make our budget work, but I stay because I love the people that I work with and I love meeting new people and helping them in their everyday lives. I plan on making this a career.
While I missed my 90 day fast track to director, I plan on promoting by the end of July. I just signed my first recruit....so exciting...and I cant wait to sign more people up.
